These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Droptext (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms.
Droptext is a temporary real-time text and file sharing platform that allows users to share content through room-based sessions. Rooms and associated content are designed to expire automatically after a defined inactivity period.
Files uploaded through Droptext are encrypted at rest and transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Access to shared content is limited to users who possess the correct room identifier.
Access to shared content is restricted strictly to users who possess the corresponding room identifier.
Rooms/Clipboards and shared files are temporary by design. Content may be permanently deleted after inactivity or system cleanup processes. Users acknowledge that Droptext is not intended for permanent storage or backup.
You agree NOT to use the Service to upload, share, or transmit
Users are solely responsible for the content they share.
Droptext implements secure transmission protocols (HTTPS), encrypted file storage, and controlled room-based access to protect shared content.
The Service is designed with privacy and minimal data retention principles.
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Droptext shall not be liable for any loss of data, damages, or claims arising from use of the Service. Users assume full responsibility for how they use the platform.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
